World Religions Students Visit Different Worship Centers in Omaha

Students in Ms. Allen’s, Ms. Sahak’s, and Mr. Stricklett’s World Religions classes took a field trip on Tuesday, December 12, to five different worship centers in Omaha. In this semester-long class, students learn about the five largest religions in the world today: Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism. They visited Immaculate Conception Church, Omaha Islamic Center of Omaha, the Buddhist Statuary Garden, Hindu Temple of Omaha, and Beth El Synagogue.
